Change the ICON of an EXE file

There are certain programs that require their icon to be changed like say an example of VLC media player one of the best media players but their Icon is not much to respected for such kind of .exe files, text files ,or even some music files can also be changed specially hiding for contents that may be overlooked by viewer by hiding files to music icon and store it in music directory
